Just look up at the Sun and smileThis image was taken at a raspberry picking place near Ann Arbor. It contains a Sunflower in the ears afternoon hours. Taking this picture wasn't very difficult, because every angle showed a beautiful side of the Sunflower. Its colors are vibrant but still relaxing for the eyes. I chose this exact flower, because it gives me positive and happy vibes/thoughts.

The endless pathThis image was taken in an Arboretum in Kalamazoo. It's showing a path created by trees in the fall, during the morning. It was easy to take this picture and show the perfectly lined up trees. It's also interesting, because there are darker parts of the bottom of each tree showing how big of a flood there was a bit before the picture was taken. The yellow and green leaves caught my attention. And the way the sun shines through the trees creates a magical feeling when I look at it.

Yellow fellowThis image was taken in the woods beside my house. I took it later in the afternoon, when these yellow flowers could shine. They caught my attention with their vibrant colors and unique smell. It was kind of difficult to take it, because it was windy outsides so the flower was constantly moving a bit. Yet, it was fun to include the background and only focus on the up close flower.

PurpleesThis image was taken during the afternoon when the light wasn't too strong anymore but still gave enough highlight to these purple flowers. They seemed very small so I had to get really close to them which was kind of difficult. Especially with a phone that can only get so close without zooming and blurring the image. It was beautiful beside the tree, so the opportunity could't be missed. Also, there were only a few of these around.

Seasons in the Sun-Terry JacksThis image was taken at a park, towards the woods. I took it later on in the morning, when the sun light was so bright that even the tree branches were reflecting the sunshine. I chose this angle and set of trees/bushes, because it's almost like there are two seasons shown in one image. The trees in the background are almost white-is looking making a winter and snow effect, and the bright green in the foreground represents spring or summer. It was difficult to find the "perfect" position though, because I wanted the blue sky to show too and make the green pop.
