Wonder DropsThe image to the right, is a double exposure selfie, and the one below is a 5 layer selfie. They are very different in many ways. First of all, they are taken from different angles, and the purpose of each image was also different. The 5 layer selfie was supposed to show what I like, do and spend my time with. The double exposure was supposed tell a little story with the help of the quote I chose. They were both about me though, representing something personal.

Dreaming Out Loud
In this photograph, my goal is to show a few dreams of mine all in one image. It's colorful just like my dreams, which include all kinds of art. In the background, nature is represented by the tree branch with frozen water drops on it. The second layer has a painting of mine that has two faces on it (a blue and a yellow), the yellow one is placed in the upper left corner making it look like the sun. On the third layer, ballerinas are fooling around in their colorful tutus and leotards with glowing smiles on their faces. On the fourth layer, there is a ballerina smiling and curiously looking at us. In Photoshop, I used fading and played with some lighter and darker toned "themes" in order to show that dreams can interfere or help and make one of them come true. For example, ballet/dance and drawing/painting are both different types of art but they both help you with your creativity and they also help to bring your emotions out, relax, kind of escape the "real world". Dance and drawing/painting -art- has helped me through tough times in life, and it is my dream to continue with it and discover new forms of it, like photography.
